Employment Opportunities

Management

Oversees a specific department and are responsible for all aspects of its daily management and service delivery. Must present evidence of required licenses or certification, along with the minimum education and experience as posted in the job description. 

Support

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and must meet minimum education and experience as posted in the job description. 

Home Care Personal Assistants

Perform homemaking and personal care services. State certification for home health aides is desired.  Operation is 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Full and part time positions available.

Nursing

Perform assessments, monitors medication and oversees case management. Must present evidence of required licenses along with the minimum education and experience as posted in the job description. Most nurses are independent contractors.

Behavior Health

Therapists must have qualified education, appropriate degree, and 3 years post masters experience as outlined in by credentialing requirements. 

Counselors must have qualified education, appropriate degree, 1 year minimum experience. 
 

Business Opportunities

Business Affiliates

CAI is open to joint venture opportunities that support resolving unmet community needs, maintaining the cost of services, or to expand services offered.  All joint venture affiliates must submit and pass required screening and background checks.  Businesses seeking to develop a joint venture may contact sharon@caringalternatives.com.

 

Volunteers

On a limited basis, CAI utilizes trained, experienced, insured and supervised volunteers.  All volunteers must submit and pass required screening and background checks.  While there are limitations to what a CAI volunteer can be involved with, we encourage individuals to contact us to offer their services.

  • College and University Interns (Spring Arbor, Sienna Heights, University of Toledo, University of Michigan)
  • Clerical assistance through AAPR and RSVP
  • Sexual Assault Recovery Program Advocates
  • Board Members and Management Advisors
