At times in our lives we feel stuck or dissatisfied with not being where we want to be.
Life coaching can complement, but does not take the place of, behavioral or psychological health services. A life coach can help you reframe thoughts from past events and turn your story into something positive and meaningful. When you journal, talk, and mindfully work through your story it can help you move forward.
A life coach helps you identify what is holding you back and supports you as you move forward. Life coaching helps you look at your story from a different perspective to gain insight from which you can build new beliefs that support your goals.
As a life coach and certified wellness practitioner, I use a collection of holistic techniques designed to support and help you create a quality balanced life in the five most essential areas.
It is important to work with a coach that helps you use your experiences to put goals into action.

Based on the philosophy thoughts become beliefs and beliefs create reality “the conditions of your life” , you must change your beliefs to change your reality.
Following an initial no cost phone or face to face consultation, with mutual agreement, a first office sessions is scheduled. Cash payment is required at the start of each visit. No call no show missed session fees apply to all services.
The first session is in office and typically billed at one hour, which includes the assessment, treatment recommendations, referrals if indicated, and initial treatment. Depending on treatment recommendations and client's motivation, sessions forward range from 30 to 60 minutes. Regression and some self-hypnosis sessions are scheduled up to two hours.
Coaching, maintenance, and some wellbeing services are available to established clients by phone or computer. Sessions are charged in 15 minute increments and an electronic or pre -paid account is required.
Our Home Care is a variety of support services designed to help maintain health, support long term care decisions, and lessen caregiver stress.
